About TravelSuited & how we source

TravelSuited publishes travel guides for people whose trips depend on details generic guides skip: traveling with a dog, using a wheelchair, wanting an adults-only stay, and more.

Our sourcing rules

  1. Official sources first. Hotel policies come from the brand’s or property’s own website. We don’t copy numbers from aggregators or reviews.
  2. Every row is cited. Each comparison row links to the exact page we read and shows the date we checked it.
  3. “Not stated” means not stated. If the official page doesn’t give a fee, limit or rule, we say so instead of guessing.
  4. Re-check pending. Some hotel sites block automated reading. When we had to read an indexed copy of the official page, the row is flagged until a person re-checks it on the live site.
  5. Brand vs. property. Many chains let each hotel set its own policy. We say when that’s the case and give a named example instead of presenting it as a chain-wide rule.
  6. Dated and refreshed. Policies change. We re-check pages on a schedule and update the “last checked” date.

How we use AI

We use software to help collect and organize official pages and to draft summaries. Every published value is tied to a cited source, and we don’t publish pages without unique, checked data behind them.

Independence

We aren’t affiliated with any hotel brand listed. If we add affiliate links in the future, we’ll label them, and they won’t change what the data says.

Corrections
